Physical strain

Stretching, bending, twisting, lifting, typing… These are all seemingly harmless activities. But when performed frequently or incorrectly, they can lead to injury. Common complaints include arm, neck, shoulder, and back pain, often referred to as RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury).

On this website, you’ll find practical tips to help prevent overexertion, as well as information on how your occupational health and safety advisor, the umcs, and the government can support you.
