On the bed and in the chair
- Work between hip and chest height.
- Work in your comfort zone. Do not reach further than your arm is long (40-60 cm).
- Do not work for more than 1 minute with a moderately bent and/or twisted back/neck.
- Do not squat, bend or kneel for more than half a minute at a time.
- Try to support where possible.
